At Seeing Autism, we are dedicated to promoting Support for Children, Young People & Families in the Autism and Neurodivergent Community. We provide therapy, mentoring, and family support for children and young people with autism, additional needs, and learning differences. Our approach is warm, flexible, and person-centered — celebrating each individual’s unique strengths, interests, and ways of experiencing the world.
Behaviour therapy is not about “fixing” a child — it’s about understanding, supporting, and empowering them in ways that feel safe, respectful, and effective.
We offer gentle, personalised mentoring support — designed to meet each person where they are, emotionally and practically.
Our mentoring service provides a safe, supportive relationship, helping to build confidence, manage everyday challenges, and feel more secure .
We work at your pace, always with an understanding, clarity, and care. Our aim is to help the person we mentor to feel more in control, more connected, and more confident in who they are.
You’re not alone — we’re here to support you.
We know that raising an autistic or neurodivergent child or young person can be a journey filled with unique experiences, learning moments, and emotional ups and downs. You might feel overwhelmed, tired, uncertain, or just in need of someone who understands. That’s where we come in.
We offer non-judgemental support for parents and caregivers — built on understanding, respect, and practical help that fits your family’s needs.

Annmarie is a total godsend. Her invaluable services are second to none for my children with multiple neurodivergent tendencies, who are at different levels on the spectrum. Alongside mentoring, she has gone above and beyond and continues to do so with the invaluable services provided at the highest level. The way she goes out of her way to help—she sees each child as her own, and that evidently shines through. Not only has she helped nurture and guide my children in the right direction, she has empowered me with the right tools so I can continue to fight and speak up for our rights and seek the correct help at the right time.

Annmarie is passionate in supporting children and young people on the autistic spectrum to achieve their true potential. Annmarie has provided advice on how parents and carers of neurodivergent youngsters navigate the often complex and bewildering professional support systems available to them. She provided invaluable support to my son, a young adult with autism, who is currently at university. When I reached out to Annmarie for advice, she promptly and thoughtfully provided guidance in identifying the appropriate action to support my son in his degree and personal development.

I am pleased to write a character profile of someone I have had the privilege of knowing for the past five years and I have always been impressed by her. Annmarie is a kind, compassionate, and dedicated individual, whose warm and caring nature shines through in everything she does, especially in her work and connecting with children who need her support.
Her patience, responsibility, and natural ability to connect with children make her truly exceptional. Children feel safe, supported, and valued in her presence. She treats each child with the utmost respect, offering encouragement and understanding tailored to their individual needs.
It is clear that Annmarie genuinely enjoys helping children learn and grow. Her nurturing approach not only supports their development but also builds their confidence and independence.
